An oriental, veggie donburi ; 30mn oven-baked veggies that are bursting with flavour thanks to our kick-ass Sharmoula.
Preheat your oven @200°C.
Follow this recipe.
Start your rice.
Halve your tomatoes.
Mix them with 3 tbsp Sharmoula.
Add to a baking dish & pop in the oven for 5 mn.
Trim the ends of your wild asparagus if a bit hard.
Mix with 3 tbsp Sharmoula (in the bowl you used for your tomatoes).
After the 5mn mark, add the wild asparagus to the baking dish & pop in the oven again.
When the cooking time totals 12mn (7mn after you popped the asparagus in), remove from the oven.
Serve on top of rice.
Et voilà !! You're done !
