Half-fill a pot with water, then bring to a boil. Add 1 tbsp of salt, your potatoes, and cook for 30 minutes (or until soft).
10 minutes to the end, add your eggs along with the potatoes.
While it all cooks, prep your ingredients. Dice your cucumber, halve your olives. Mince your Beldi lemon and your cilantro.
In a bowl, mix your cucumber, your olives, and your lemon with olive oil and 1/2 tbsp salt (more if needed). Add your tuna ; mix.
When ready, peel then quarter your eggs. Peel your potatoes and cut them in 2 to 3 parts, lengthwise.
Use half a baguette per person. Slice it open lengthwise, careful not to go all the way and break the sandwiches in two split parts.
Spread some harissa first (around 3 tbsp per person) on the bottom and top parts of the sandwich.
Add half your potatoes, squishing with your fork as you do, along with a pinch of salt.
Add your tuna mixture, then your eggs, with a pinch of salt on the eggs.
Top it off with some cilantro, some pickles if using, maybe a few whole olives if you love em.
